Hi, You deps for File_Bittorrent are pretty screwed.

You say it depends on PHP 4.0.0 and up, while PEAR 1.4 depends on 4.2 and up ... It at least has to match that you know, beside I really doubt your code works on 4.0.0 ;) And I also recommend you boost up that 1.4 dep to something a bit ... well newer :-) 1.4.2 or 1.4.0 or something.

Anyway didn't want to report a bug over such a small thing, but I will if this keeps happening ;)
